I’m Jetaya, your Pilates Instructor and former full-time dancer! I am passionate about helping women move with strength, confidence and intention. My style is grounded in precision and flow, designed to sculpt your body while creating a deeper connection between your mind and movement.

Program Overview
Rooted in technique, each session is a fully guided video workout and will strengthen, sculpt and challenge you while building confidence in the way you move.
Jetaya is on the mat with you for every single rep and burning pulse, giving you real-time coaching and helpful cues to help you get the most out of each workout.
Aim to complete three Pilates sessions each week, including Lower Body Sculpt, Upper Body Strength, and Core Burn & Control, with classes ranging from 20–45 minutes. You’ll also have optional 5–10 minute express sessions to target specific areas when you want a little extra.

What you’ll need
Train from home using simple Pilates equipment including resistance bands, hand weights, a Pilates ball and a Pilates block.
